Stan Chollet (Stanislas Chollet, also known online as tsunammis)

I've worked in software engineering for more than fifteen years, mostly in startups and scale-ups: Dailymotion, Doctolib, and now Datadog, where we help customers secure their workloads and applications from AI-powered attacks.

What I like is building things, and building them with other people. Managing engineers is the formal version of that. The informal version is Orléans Tech, the local community I started and ran for ten years, 60-odd events in total, because my town had no place for people who like this stuff to meet. Sometimes it's just a conversation with someone trying to figure out their next step. If that's you, reach out.

I build other things too: home automation nobody asked for, furniture out of wood, small vibe-coded apps for small local problems. When I'm not building, I'm usually reading about personal finance, investing, and how the world economy actually works.

I also live with ulcerative colitis, so I read more gut science than is strictly reasonable and run a lot of experiments on myself. Some of them even work. Partly for that reason and partly because I enjoy it, I run, train, and play padel most weeks.

I'm on X, LinkedIn and GitHub.
